Looking to book the best Birthday Party? Enjoy a creative day with us!

Pinnovate has 2 separate event spaces available for private and semi-private bookings all weekend long!

Please note Pinnovate does not accept drop-ins. Reservations are required to access our Studio Space and activities. For small group bookings (2-9 guests) please see our “Reservations” page under the “What We Do” menu.

Larger group bookings (10+ guests),  can enjoy a variety of choices including our brand-new Stuff A Stuffie Party, Instructed Painting, Splatter Art, Pour Painting, DIY Gnomes, Custom Wood Signs and more!  These events are held in a separate room from other groups, include 2 hours of studio time and are fully facilitated by Team Pinnovate.

Pinnovate parties include all supplies and materials. No project pick up is required as all projects go home on the same day!

Birthday party confirmations require a $200+GST deposit and are subject to studio and supply availability.

Please note your date and time of event will be confirmed during our confirmation and deposit call and is subject to studio availability. We take reservations for Birthday Parties Friday evenings, and all day on weekends.
Please note that Pinnovate DIY Studio does not offer catering. If you wish to serve food at your event, you are welcome to bring food into our facility. We are nearby restaurants such as Bow Tie Pizza, Panago, Pizza 73, Pizza Hut, McDonald's, Subway, and more. You will be responsible for providing cutlery, plates, and other necessary serving-ware for your guests.

Event Cancellation Policy:

We understand that plans can change, and we strive to accommodate your needs. Please review our cancellation policy for a clear understanding of how cancellations and refunds are handled.

Deposits: Deposits made for bookings are fully refundable and transferrable up until 1 week prior to the scheduled event.

Late Cancellations and No-Shows: Any cancellations made less than 1 week before the booked event or no-shows on the day of the event will result in a forfeiture of the deposit. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, but this policy ensures that we can allocate our resources effectively and provide the best experience for all our clients.

Cancellation Notification: Cancellations must be communicated either via email to or over the phone at 403.278.9065. We kindly request that you provide your full name, booking details, and the reason for cancellation. This allows us to maintain accurate records and assist you promptly.
