With two private event spaces available for semi-private and private bookings all weekend long, we’re the perfect spot to celebrate.

Choose from four unique party experiences:

🧸 Stuff-a-Stuffie Party – includes hand-stuffing a plush friend and a custom DIY t-shirt
🎉 Splatter Art Party – wild, colorful, and tons of fun
🌈 Pour Painting Party – fluid art fun with gorgeous, abstract results

All birthday party packages are fully facilitated by Team Pinnovate, include all supplies and materials, and offer 2 hours of studio time in a dedicated event space. Best of all—everyone takes their masterpiece home the same day. No project pickup required!

How to Book:
Groups of 10 or more: Please complete the party booking form below or call us directly at 403.278.9065. A $200+GST deposit is required to confirm your date, and bookings are based on studio and supply availability. Smaller groups (2–9 guests): Visit our “Reservations” page under the “What We Do” menu to book a creative session.

Please note: Pinnovate is a reservation-based studio. Drop-ins are not accepted.

We hosted my daughter’s birthday here and the kids had SO much fun. The stuff a stuffy party was a total hit. The kids each picked which stuffy they wanted to fill, put a heart inside and got to decorate a shirt for their stuffy. The staff was friendly and helpful and best of all I got to sit and enjoy the party. I highly recommend booking your party here. It’s worth the cost.

With ponchos and instruction provided, kids will fling, splash, and splatter paint onto their own canvas to create a vibrant, one-of-a-kind masterpiece.

Pour Paint

Step into the world of fluid art with a Pour Painting Party at Pinnovate! Ideal for children ages 6+ this hands-on experience begins with a fun colour theory lesson, where kids learn how to layer paints in cups and explore various pour painting techniques. Guided by our talented team, each guest will create their own vibrant, abstract painting, using their newly learned skills.

Instructed Paint

Request Birthday Party Booking

Please note your date and time of event will be confirmed during our confirmation and deposit call and is subject to studio availability.
Please note that Pinnovate DIY Studio does not offer catering. If you wish to serve food at your event, you are welcome to bring food into our facility. We are nearby restaurants such as Bow Tie Pizza, Panago, Pizza 73, Pizza Hut, McDonald's, Subway, and more. You will be responsible for providing cutlery, plates, and other necessary serving-ware for your guests.

Event Cancellation Policy:We understand that plans can change, and we strive to accommodate your needs. Please review our cancellation policy for a clear understanding of how cancellations and refunds are handled.

Deposits: Deposits made for bookings are fully refundable and transferrable up until 1 week prior to the scheduled event.Any cancellations made less than 1 week before the booked event or no-shows on the day of the event will result in a forfeiture of the deposit. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, but this policy ensures that we can allocate our resources effectively and provide the best experience for all our clients.

Cancellation Notification: Cancellations must be communicated either via email to info@pinnovate.ca AND over the phone at 403.278.9065. We kindly request that you provide your full name, booking details, and the reason for cancellation. This allows us to maintain accurate records and assist you promptly.
